Partner Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the Crafted Tools Affiliate & Partner Program. They may be updated; the current version is always the one published here.
1. Eligibility
Partners must be approved through the application process. We may decline or pause a partnership at our discretion if conduct is inconsistent with these terms.
2. Referral attribution
Commissions are earned only on purchases attributed through your unique referral link within a 45-day attribution window. Attribution requires the visitor to click your link and complete a purchase during that window.
3. Commission
The default commission is 15% of the attributed purchase amount (excluding taxes, refunded amounts, and chargebacks). The effective rate may differ for selected products, tiers, or campaigns, and the dashboard reflects the actual rate. Commissions are not paid on self-referrals or orders placed by you, your company, or accounts you control.
4. Approval and payout
Commissions begin in a pending state and are approved at our discretion after the order clears. Approved balances are paid on a regular schedule. A minimum payout threshold may apply. Tax information may be required before payout.
5. Promotion guidelines
Recommend Crafted Tools honestly and in context. Do not impersonate the Crafted Tools brand, use misleading pricing or claims, spam, coupon-site hijacking, deceptive search or paid keyword bidding on Crafted Tools branded terms, or hide your affiliate relationship where disclosure is legally required. Commissions earned through disallowed methods may be voided.
6. Promotion of products
Only products flagged as affiliate-enabled are eligible for commission. Some products may restrict eligibility to specific tiers. Your dashboard indicates commission eligibility for each product.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a partnership and any unpaid commissions for violations of these terms, fraud, suspicious activity, or conduct that harms the program or Crafted Tools customers. You may end your partnership at any time; commissions earned before termination remain payable.
8. Changes to the program
We may update commission rates, attribution windows, eligibility, and these terms over time. Substantive changes will be communicated to partners. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
