Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Crafted Tools ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Crafted Tools provides custom digital systems, tools, and applications designed to support workflows, planning, organization, and decision-making. Our services include consultation, design, development, and ongoing support as agreed upon in individual project contracts.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in project contracts
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methods, and frameworks
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project
• We may retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary systems without permission

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission

Project Deliverables

For custom projects:

• Timelines and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements
• Revisions and changes outside the original scope may incur additional costs
• Final delivery is contingent upon receipt of all required materials and approvals from the client
• We reserve the right to pause work if payments are overdue

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafted Tools and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
