Nahe Health

A calm care operations layer that sits above the medical records your clinic already runs, helping front desk, clinicians, and administrators follow care workflows, staff schedules, and patient journeys in one shared timeline.

About

I built Nahe Health as a calm care operations layer above the medical records a clinic already runs. It is not a record system and does not replace the EHR. Instead, it sits above your records, surfacing patient, staff, and doctor workflows in one shared timeline.

Built for the time a clinic is not in the office, Nahe Health adds proactive support so front desk, clinicians, and administrators stay on the same page whether on site or remote.

Integration is thin and lean: a soft write back, not a migration. The prototype shows what is possible; the real work starts by learning how your clinic operates today, then configuring Nahe Health around those flows, systems, and patients.

Features

A calm operations layer above the EHR, not a replacement

Three roles, one shared patient timeline

Patient arrival status with live updates

Integrated documentation and multi-channel messaging

Two-way read receipts across the care team

Clinic board with triage lanes and status overview

Doctor triage brief on demand

Four principles: visibility, clarity, coordination, guidance

Designed For

Clinics and care teams that run on an existing EHR and want a transparent operations layer above it: front desk staff, clinicians, and administrators who need a shared view of care workflows, staff schedules, and patient journeys without changing how their medical records are stored.

What Makes It Special

Nahe Health treats integration as a soft write back, not a migration. The clinic keeps its records; the platform keeps the operational clarity.
